Collaboration Process

The collaboration between the Higher Institute for Paper and Industrial Technologies (HIPIT) and partner companies is built on a strategic framework designed to ensure high-quality training and successful employment outcomes:

1. Identifying workforce needs by the partner company (e.g., job titles, number of trainees, required qualifications and soft skills).
2. Designing a customized training program tailored to the specific job role and work environment.
3. Signing an official cooperation agreement outlining responsibilities between HIPIT and the hiring company.
4. Attracting and selecting qualified candidates through a screening process and structured interviews.
5. Delivering technical training in a well-equipped learning environment aligned with industry standards.
6. Ongoing performance evaluation and follow-up to ensure graduates are fully prepared for employment.
