Collaboration Process
The collaboration between partner companies and HIPIT is built on a strategic framework designed to ensure high-quality training and successful employment outcomes:
1. Identifying workforce needs by the partner company (e.g., job titles, number of trainees, required qualifications and soft skills).
2. Selecting one of the specialized programs accredited by the General Authority for Technical and Vocational Training (TVTC).
3. Signing an official cooperation agreement outlining responsibilities between HIPIT and the hiring company.
4. Recruitment and selection of qualified candidates through the institute.
5. Delivering technical training in a well-equipped learning environment aligned with industry standards.
6. Ongoing performance evaluation and follow-up to ensure graduates are fully prepared for employment.
